Is it stimulants, food, exercise, medication, or something else?
When we hide behind these things for too long we start believing that we can’t cope without them. Our stories and truths get distorted and we begin to believe them.
Having awareness is the first step in turning our lives around and recreating a new belief system that supports us in achieving the life that we desire.
Follow these tips if you are ready for change:
1️⃣ Don't be afraid to ask for support and guidance. All great leaders had mentors. We are all teachers and students.
2️⃣ Be willing to get uncomfortable. Change comes when we push ourselves out of our comfort zone and face the things that are holding us back.
3️⃣ Lean into failure rather than running from it. The only way we learn and grow is by trying, seeing what doesn’t work.
